Water Treatment / Product -

Condensate polishing system is placed between condensate pumps and low pressure feed water heaters. H-OH deep mixed beds with high speed are extensively applied in the system. Generally, flow rate of the polisher is 100 meter per hour.

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment

Reverse osmosis (R/O) is a water treatment process in which water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that has very small holes or \"pores\". Clean water passes through and impurities that are too big to pass through the membrane are left behind and flushed away.

Ion Exchange System

In the context of water purification, ion-exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchange resin. The impurity ions are taken up by the resin, which must be periodically regenerated to restore it to the original ionic form.

Ultra Filtration - UF

Ultra filtration capable to remove colloids, suspended solids, organic matters, viruses and bacteria and reduce silt density index (SDI) from water, wastewater and liquids.

Electrodeionization (EDI)

High purity water production has traditionally used a combination of membrane separation and ion exchange processes. EDI is a process which combines semi-impermeable membrane technology with ion-exchange media to provide a high efficiency demineralization process. Electro dialysis employ electrical current and specially-prepared membranes which are semi permeable to ions based on their charge, electrical current, and ability to reduce the ions based to their charge. Through electro dialysis an electrical potential transports and segregates charged aqueous species. The electrical current is used to continuously regenerate the resin, eliminating the need for periodical regeneration.
